The establishment of McConnell Funds Management is the culmination of a strategic decision to introduce a fund to the market which invests outside the traditional New Zealand models, but offers the expertise of both McConnell Group and the development and project management skills of McConnell Property Services.
The skill base within McConnell Funds Management is ideally positioned to create funds across the higher return spectrum, from enhanced funds through to development funds.
John has been Executive Director of McConnell Group since 1993 and is part of the senior management team, John’s main responsibility has been to set the capital strategy and structure for the Group.
