Aidan joined McConnell Property in 2004, and has more than 15 years development management experience in New Zealand, UK and the UAE.

In 2008 he moved to Abu Dhabi for a senior development role with Sorouh Real Estate PJSC responsible for the planning and delivery of Alghdaeer, a USD4 billion commercial and residential project. This included two 30-level towers, a hotel tower and several commercial office buildings.

In 2010 Aidan re-joined McConnell Property. He is involved with all aspects of the development process, from design to financing to leasing and marketing, and has been responsible for the conception and delivery of a number of complex projects both in New Zealand and overseas.
