Treena joined McConnell Property Limited in 1996 and has 14 years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting on property development and infrastructure projects.

Treena has significant experience in statutory and financial management, the financial structuring of complex projects together with the preparation and negotiation of structured finance facilities.

Treena is well used to establishing all operational and capital expenditure budgets and managing accounting records to help ensure the successful delivery of our developments.
