Dean has worked in the property industry for over 16 years. His experience covers all facets of the development process having managed substantial commercial, leisure, hotel and retail projects.

Dean managed the master planning through to resource consent lodgement for the redevelopment of the 5,500sqm Downtown Shopping Centre site for Westfield New Zealand. 
  
Most recently, Dean managed from concept to completion the development of the NZD$145 million SKYCITY Auckland Convention Centre and Grand Hotel.

Dean is currently Development Manager for Kawarau Falls Stage 1 due for completion in the final quarter of 2010.
